Estimates and Billing

Once you receive an estimate, you are faced with a tricky decision. If you have asked several companies to provide estimates then you will probably sit down and compare all estimates to see which one is the fairest.

At Call Joe we provide you with the best estimate we can give, including our best estimate at material costs as well as labor. But as we all know, things happen. Sometimes when we get in to do the work it is much worse than expected. If this is the case, Call Joe will ALWAYS let you know about any unforeseen expenses before the work is completed. You will never be stuck with a bill that you didn't expect, and you will always have the right to ask any questions. Moreover, if the work takes less time than expected, or the materials aren't as expensive, those amounts will not be billed to you, regardless of the amounts on the estimate. We will never charge you for time not used or money not spent. Our business is based on honesty and integrity, and charging you unfairly simply doesn't bode well with us.

Call Joe will never ask you to pay a full bill upfront. We haven't completed the work yet, so why should you pay for all of it? However, for larger projects bills will be disperesed intermitendly as to keep up with cost of supplies and labor. All billing schedules will be defined upon agreement of the estimate.
